Lebensschule Spandau

The Lebensschule (School of Life) sees itself as an educational program with the aim of imparting basic knowledge about mental and social processes as well as practical suggestions for coping with life.
With increasing individualization, traditional ways of "learning to live" are becoming less and less important. This is where the School of Life wants to help.

The School of Life is based on psycho-educative methods from modern psychotherapy, but is not primarily aimed at patients, but at anyone who is interested in the respective course topic. 

Anyone who is looking for solutions for themselves or other people should be able to benefit from this knowledge.
